Shipping Information
Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out.
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
Returns
We hope you your Feeling Cards will arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is defective or damaged, you may return it to us. Provided that the item(s) is unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags and packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the cost of the item (though not your shipping costs). Returns must arrive at the address listed below within 30 days of date of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There is often some processing time (two weeks or more) before a refund is posted. In the event that your refund is delayed, please check with your bank and credit card company.
